Dear Valued BAMSL Member:

We wanted to reach out and assure each of you that leadership and staff of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) are doing everything we can to continue providing excellent service while also being mindful of everyone's safety and health.

The situation is ever-changing regarding COVID-19 in our community. With that in mind, we wanted to update you about the precautions we are taking to continue providing a healthy environment for members and staff. While the BAMSL Bar Center is officially closed until further notice, our operations continue during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff is working remotely until at least March 27, and staff members continue to collaborate with each other and BAMSL members via BAMSL email and phone (314-421-4134).

All in-person CLE programs and events have been cancelled or postponed through at least mid-April. We are working on providing more remote CLEs via our webinar provider, Geniecast. We encourage Sections and Committees to hold meetings via conference calls for the time being.

Updates to all BAMSL events can be found on our Web site at www.bamsl.org/Events as well as via our social media platforms, the weekly LegalPulseSTL e-newsletter and weekly CLE e-newsletter.

BAMSL has compiled a list of resources to assist you during this COVID-19 situation. The resources include information about the courts, from health officials and even guidance for your law firm. Please visit www.bamsl.org/COVID19 for more information. The resources are updated frequently to reflect the evolving situation.
