Susan McCourt Baltz is the chief executive officer and managing executive of BAMSL and the Saint Louis Bar Foundation. She oversees the development of programs and policies, provides direction to the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors, and supervises day-to-day operations.

Susan also is responsible for the financial health of the organization, including fundraising, sponsorships, and supervising fiscal and budgetary matters such as budget preparation and accounting. She also is responsible for managing the implementation of the mission statement and ensuring the effectiveness of the BAMSL staff.

She serves as staff liaison with local, state, and federal elected and appointed officials at executive, legislative, and judicial levels. She makes recommendations to the boards of both organizations about broad general policies that will further their goals and objectives. She is the face of the bar and is expected to establish and maintain positive relationships with members of the judiciary, other bar associations, and the general public.

Her duties include being visionary and constantly aware of changing trends in membership, and changing needs of the members of the legal community.

Danny Barnett-Foster, Esq.

Danny Barnett-Foster oversees HR, IT, facilities, and contract management. He is responsible for the annual membership renewal process and dues invoicing. He coordinates law-related education programs and public service programs such as Missouri High School Mock Trial Competition, Motion for Kids, and pro bono educational and volunteer opportunities. He serves as the staff liaison to the Bankruptcy, Lawyers for City Neighborhoods, LGBTQ+, Motion for Kids, Pro Bono, Real Property & Development, Cannabis Law, Innovation & Technology in the Legal Profession, and Well-Being Committees along with the Probate & Trust Law Section and Young Lawyers Division. He is also active on other committees, including the Board of Governors and Executive Committee.

He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law (2016) and MBA from Columbia College (2012).
 

Sebrina Colvin

Sebrina Colvin is responsible for planning and executing CLE programs, ensuring compliance with state CLE standards and reporting requirements as well as assisting with member relations. She works directly with the CLE Committee and serves as the staff liaison to BAMSL's Sections as well as several Committees.

Jennifer A. Macke, Esq.

Director of Legal Placement Services/Advertising Sales

Jennifer Macke independently operates BAMSL's Legal Placement Service. She is very successful in placing legal secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys in permanent positions with area law firms and in-house legal departments.

Macke previously was an associate attorney with a law firm in Ventura, Calif.

Steve Stone

Steve Stone, a CPA, serves as Director of Accounting for BAMSL and the Saint Louis Bar Foundation, processing more than 4,000 membership dues payments each year. His responsibilities include billing, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the updating of membership profiles. He also is responsible for end-of-year audit reports, reconciling more than 12 bank accounts, preparing the monthly financial reports, assisting with budget preparation, and serving on the Motion for Kids, Budget and Finance Committees.

Jadii Castillo is responsible for Membership Services as well as the Sustaining Partnership Program. Additionally, she sells advertising space in the bimonthly St. Louis Law Journal magazine, the weekly Legal Pulse newsletter, and the BAMSL website. She serves as the staff liaison to the Trial Section, Family and Juvenile Law Section, Solo and Small Firm Section, and the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Section, as well as several Committees. She is also an active member in the National Association of Bar Executives, Legal Marketing Association, St. Louis Paralegal Association, and the Association of Legal Administrators. 

Jadii earned her B.S. degree from Murray State University.
