St. Louis Lawyer Search TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms")

Thank you for your interest in St. Louis Lawyer Search. By using St. Louis Lawyer Search to search for an attorney, you accept the following Terms.

1. St. Louis Lawyer Search uses an automated process to match you to an attorney based on similarities between the legal issue you select and the attorney's selection of their practice areas. If there is an attorney whose experience matches the legal issue you selected, you will be able to view their profile and contact them directly.
2. There is no guarantee that St. Louis Lawyer Search will match you with an attorney willing to take your case or represent you. An attorney referred to you through St. Louis Lawyer Search is not required to represent you. Referred attorneys will charge fees for their services.
3. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis collects and retains information from users of St. Louis Lawyer Search to track referrals and for client satisfaction purposes. We will not sell your information.
4. If you hire an attorney referred through St. Louis Lawyer Search, the attorney-client relationship, including legal fees, is strictly between you and the attorney. Referring you to an attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis is not affiliated with any law firm, law office, or individual attorney; and St. Louis Lawyer Search attorneys are not employees, agents, or representatives of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis will not resolve any disputes between you and an attorney referred through St. Louis Lawyer Search.
5. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis is not responsible for referrals made through St. Louis Lawyer Search, the negligence or acts of unprofessional conduct committed by an attorney referred through St. Louis Lawyer Search, or the acts or omissions of you or a referred attorney. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis does not recommend, endorse, or represent the fitness or suitability of a matched attorney for your legal needs.
6. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
