This position is primarily responsible for bookkeeping and producing financial statements, including but not limited to: accounts payable and receivables; processing meeting, event, membership dues, and sponsorship invoicing; monthly reconciliations, including bank and investment accounts and prepaid activities; preparation of financial statements, journal entries, deposits and cash receipts; assisting with budget creation and monitoring; and financial analysis and forecasting.

This position is primarily responsible for creating and administering CLE programs; supporting committee and section chairs; coordinating events, as needed; crafting and proofing brochures, copy, and correspondence for CLE programs, committees, and sections; coordinating webinars; strategic leadership regarding committees, sections, and CLE programs; generating revenue from CLE programs; and creation and maintenance of the annual CLE calendar.
