Every day this week (except for yesterday, because I forgot J) I will be sending an email with a daily well-being theme and some prompts for do this, read this, and watch this. There is still time to register for the mocktail contest either on Zoom or in-person for a socially distanced happy hour at The Last Hotel!

5/4 theme: Align (spiritual well-being) cultivate a sense of meaning in purpose in work and life. Align work and life with our values, goals, and interests.
