Feel Well: Well-Being in the Law Week - Recent News

Today’s Theme: Feel Well (emotional well-being)—Valuing emotions. Developing an ability to identify and manage emotions for health, to achieve goals, and to inform decisions. Seeking help for mental health when needed.

Do this: One way to feel well is to move! Here is a 40 minute desk yoga session that I did for the MO Bar. It is meant to be used either as a whole session or take the individual desk yoga stretches and use them daily.

Or do this: Savoring Positive Experiences. Assess your own habits and make a plan to savor your positive experiences.

Read this: Feeling Overwhelmed? Here’s How to Get Through the Workday. Learn some ways to help you feel better and bounce back from those tough days.

Watch this: Why We all Need to Practice Emotional First Aid. Learn more about emotional first aid—taking care of our emotions and minds with the same diligence and thoughts as we take care of our bodies.
