The Saint Louis Bar Foundation and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) has partnered with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri to assist self-represented litigants with completion of initial filings and case review. The St. Louis Federal Court Legal Advice Clinic (LAC), located on the third floor at the Eagleton Courthouse in downtown St. Louis, will open on August 7, 2019. BAMSL is recruiting and managing the pool of volunteer attorneys who have or are interested in gaining federal practice experience to lead this effort as limited scope counsel for intake purposes. Volunteers will meet with pro se litigants at the LAC office at scheduled times for free 30-minute consultations. For more information about the LAC, please visit https://www.bamsl.org/federalcourt. Any attorney or law firm representative interested in providing services in this program should complete this application and submit it to the Court.

For additional information about pro bono service opportunities with the Court, visit https://www.moed.uscourts.gov/pro-bono-service-opportunities or contact Gregory J.
