The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri announces that the previously-proposed amendments to Local Rules 2.01, 2.03, 2.09, 2.11, 2.15, 2.17, 3.03, 4.01, 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 12.01, 12.04, 12.06, and 13.02 will take effect on November 1, 2019.

October 10 is World Mental Health Day, a day for us to unite in our efforts to improve the mental health of people around the world. The theme selected for this year is suicide prevention, because one person dies by suicide every 40 seconds.
