The Judicial Legacy Project features interviews with retired judges and jurists in the 22nd Judicial Circuit.

Many of the judges profiled were among the first women and members of the African American community to serve in this role. Their reflections and insights are preserved through this project. 

A number of the judges profiled are current or former BAMSL members, including:

This exhibit opens on Tuesday September 2, 2025. The exhibit is free and open to the public during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Law Library Association of St. Louis.
