Mock Trial State Championship This Weekend!

It is your last chance to witness the next generation of lawyers. Help us make an impact. Volunteers are needed to serve as judges and jurors for the state championship this weekend at the Carnahan Courthouse. No mock trial or litigation experience is necessary.

Still needed:
8 volunteers for Friday evening, March 27
6 volunteers for Saturday morning, March 28

WILP Happy Hour and Clothing Drop Off for St. Louis Suit Project

Please join the WILP Section on Wednesday, April 1, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the BAMSL Headquarters for a beverage and donate some clothes to the St. Louis Suit Project.

The nonprofit organization accepts gently used professional business attire for men and women, including suits, sport coats, blazers, slacks, skirts, pantsuits, button-down long-sleeve undershirts, and work-appropriate dresses (interview and office attire). They ask that donated items be clean and in good condition, with no stains, rips, or holes.

Part-Time Term Law Clerk to United States Magistrate Judge John M. Bodenhausen

The U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri has an opening for the position of Term Law Clerk. It is a part-time position and eligible for fully remote. This position’s duration is a one year and one day appointment with possibility of extension, and the term will begin as soon as possible.
